WORK/PROJECT EXPERIENCE
-Networking Laboratory Teaching Assistant RPI
Fall 2007 current
Assist students in Networking I and Networking II during lab time and improve and maintain the equipment for the courses. Managed and maintained over 200 lab devices including routers, switches, servers, and hosts. Aided in the redesign and implementation of lab core and backbone, improving the labs redundancy, efficiency, scalability, and documentation. Designed and implemented an MPLS backbone for teaching purposes.
-Subcontractor for Lab Authoring Cisco
Systems Fall 2007
Author CCNA level labs for Exploration 3 and 4 for the Cisco Academy program. Authored labs on security, DHCP and NAT, troubleshooting WAN technologies, and troubleshooting e complete enterprise networks. Authored a review lab of routing and switching, skill based assessment for switching technology and a skill based assessment for WAN technologies.
-Software Design and Documentation Project RPI
Fall 2007 current
Create a working prototype program that measures the quality of data collections for Global Spec using the UML design process. This is an ongoing project. Created a quality management system for Global Spec based on their specifications. Created UML diagrams documenting the design process.
-Introduction to Engineering Design Project RPI
Spring 2006
The goal was to design a product that would teach middle-school students fundamental physics and build a working prototype. Designed and implemented circuit based control system for project and aided in general construction of the prototype.
